Embracing Inclusivity and Respect

Racism, Harassment, Sexism, or Discrimination

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Prioritizing Safety and Well-being

Abusive Language or Physical Abuse:

The use of offensive, derogatory, or threatening language, as well as any form of physical violence or aggression, is unacceptable. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all individuals in our community.

Ensuring Fair Play and Integrity

Cheating, Tanking, Game-fixing, or Data Manipulation:

Fair play is essential to maintain the integrity of our competitions. Any attempt to manipulate results, statistics, or any other form of data, whether through cheating during gameplay or tampering with systems, will not be tolerated.

Upholding Transparency and Accountability

Creation of Multiple Accounts:

Each participant is expected to have only one legitimate account. Creating multiple accounts undermines the fairness and integrity of our platform. Individuals found to be using multiple accounts will face disciplinary action.

Background Checks:

To ensure the safety and security of our community, background checks may be conducted on individuals involved in organizing or participating in our events. Those who do not pass these checks may be prohibited from further involvement to safeguard the well-being of others.

Players and Organizers Conduct

Verbal Abuse:

Engaging in any form of verbal abuse directed towards officials, opponents, sponsors, spectators, or any other individual within the event premises is prohibited. Three (3) complaints filed by organizers or players regarding such behavior may result in bans from the WPPR Platform and/or WPPR Events.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct:

Unsportsmanlike conduct, including acts of violence, disrespectful behavior, cheating, illegal substance abuse, destruction of property, gambling activities, or match-fixing, is strictly forbidden. Players must always exert their best efforts to win matches. Improper withdrawals or defaults must be communicated with a 24-hour notice.

Inappropriate Messaging:

Inappropriate messaging, whether within or outside the WeCourts platform, is strictly prohibited.

Identity Misrepresentation:

Claiming the identity of another player or impersonating another player/organizer is not allowed.

Data Manipulation:

Manipulating WPPR Ratings, match results, or any other data associated with WPPR, including the creation of multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited.

Respecting Intellectual Property

Brand Imagery and Property Misuse:

Misuse of WeCourts and WPPR brand imagery or property is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the registered trademark logo without explicit written consent is subject to legal action.

Commitment to a Safe and Equitable Environment

WeCourts is dedicated to creating a safe and equitable environment for every player and organizer. Respect for fellow community members, opponents, coaches, clubs, and officials is fundamental. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to severe consequences such as a permanent ban, account suspension, or other restrictions.
